About two thirds of our clients choose to store their wines in one of our private wine lockers. The remainder uses our Case Storage services.

Clients using our private wine lockers typically manage between 100 and 500 bottles in their locker. About a third lease larger units for 500 to 1,000+ bottles. Experience levels range from novice to advanced, but most don't have home wine cellars. They are young professionals in their 30's and 40's and living in starter homes and condos. They either have a wine fridge or no proper storage at all. They are actively building up their collections, and upgrade to larger lockers as their collections grow. They anticipate having a home cellar one day, and a few of them will be the major collectors of the future. Private locker clients tend to be very open minded about what they will buy. They are actively looking for capable agents and wineries who can supply them with interesting new products. They are more likely to attend our tastings and most interested in wines in the $30 to $75+ per bottle range.

Case Storage account size varies dramatically, from 60 to 12,000 bottles. Experience levels range from intermediate to expert, and most of these clients have a home wine cellar. With cellars filled to capacity, they use our facility for excess cases. Some of our "empty nesters" transfer from Case Storage to a wine locker after they have moved to a condo. Having had a home cellar all their lives, they appreciate our large walk-in cellars which hold 2,000 to 7,000 bottles. Typically, the Case Storage client is a very experienced affluent collector with premium tastes and a substantial budget for wines. These individuals tend to be interested in top tier wines in the $55 to $1000+ per bottle range.
