Located in the village of Auxey-Duresses, Clos du Moulin aux Moines was originally owned by 10th century monks, and the domaine and vineyards of Moulin aux Moines are a testament of Burgundy's rich history.
In the years since taking over the domaine in 2008, the Andrieu family has been dedicated to restoring and revitalizing the ancient vineyards of its legendary wines in the spirit of biological agriculture.
Jordane Andrieu employs a viticultural ideology that is modern and adaptive, yet uses biodynamic principles that are as old as the ground we walk on.
He is gently reintroducing biodiversity to the area, to favor healthy organic activity in the soil and the vines. His oldest vines are already thanking him, producing white and red wines that are as expressive as they are natural.
