Authentic Wine and Spirits Merchants welcomed Chief Winemaker, Mr. Matías Ríos from Cono Sur Winery, in Chile. Guests were invited to join him for a special tasting featuring Cono Sur Premium Vintages wines including Silencio: the new Icon award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon wine.

Mr. Ríos has been a part of the Cono Sur family since November 2003 - his 11 years with the brand has been an incredible experience full of constant challenges, growth and professional development.
Today, he is serving as the Winemaking Manager at Cono Sur. His job takes him out to the vineyards finding the best grapes, to the cellar determining and defining the unique personalities of each wine. Together with the oenological team, he plays a big part of wine production at Cono Sur.
