Vins Jean-Luc Colombo Portfolio Tasting - Introducing one of the Rhone's most iconic estates - Jean-Luc Colombo. First time visiting Ontario, Jean-Luc Colombo is all things rolled into one - renowned viticulturist, oenologist, consultant and négociant.
The wines of Vins Jean-Luc Colombo are all highly personalized, sourced from Colombo’s own vineyards and from carefully selected domains under his direct consultation. Like Delas, Chapoutier and Jaboulet, Jean-Luc Colombo has made a major impact on the evolution of modern French winemaking - producing several cuvées of AC Cornas, but he also has an extensive négociant portfolio covering many other appellations of the Rhone Valley as well as sourcing wines from Roussillon and Provence.
Many of Jean-Luc wines are highly reviewed in the media each year. His daughter also now has begun to play a prominent role in the winemaking.
