Jonata Wine Tasting - Jonata returns - exactly one year to the day of their arrival the previous year. This time, Woodman Wines & Spirits was pleased to present Armand de Maigret, the Estate Manager for the boutique California winery Jonata.
With incredible attention to detail and care, miniscule yields and brilliant winemaking this remarkable Santa Ynez winery that has crafted some of California’s most compelling wines. In the words of Robert Parker “... this is one of California’s most exciting new wineries. What they are accomplishing with Bordeaux varietals is mind-boggling". Farmed organically and with aspects of biodynamic in mind the ranch is fully diversified and includes a garden, livestock, and even hops to produce their own beer.
