We will be pouring the top 3 and 4 cuvees, respectively, from the houses of Champagne Palmer and Champagne Ayala.
This tasting will be featuring the Blanc de Blanc from Palmer - which Tom Stevenson, noted Champagne author - rated the #2 Blanc de Blanc in the world, just behind Clos de Mesnil by Krug.
