Flat Rock Cellars Wine Tasting - Please join us as we present one of the Reserve’s favorite local super-producers: Flat Rock Cellars. Owner Ed Madronich, Winemaker Ross Wise and various other members of their capable staff will guide you through an interesting selection of wines at this interactive “Deep into Flat Rock” wine event.
Using Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as the looking glass, guests will dive deep into ‘the Flat Rock’ of their unique piece of the Twenty Mile Bench. Through a combination of older vintages, current & future releases, we will examine several wines and discuss the influence that their unique terroir has on each of them. In particular, Ross will outline how the many different soil profiles and micro-climates from within their vineyard shape their wines.
In addition to these flights, Flat Rock is very excited to be releasing a new range of wines. They have always strived to be innovative and outside of the box at Flat Rock Cellars. They take pride in being industry leaders when it comes to implementing new technology, equipment and products. So with that in mind, we invite you to come and try their latest addition to their family of wines.
